Please note that you must sign in, using either your Policy Number or Customer Number and your Password.  A valid Policy Number consists of either a two or three letter alphabetic code, followed by a seven digit number, only. Do not key numbers after the dash on your policy.  A valid customer number is ten digits long, usually beginning with three zeroes. Remember that once you create a Password, it is uniquely connected to either your Policy Number or to your Customer number, not both. If you create a Password using your Policy Number and subsequently try to log on with your Customer Number, the Password will not be valid.
